GOD HAS MADE YOU A WONDER!

GOD HAS MADE YOU A WONDER!

June 13th, 2007

All through the Scriptures, we see how the Spirit of God upon men and women made them extraordinary in their generation. Abraham gave birth to a son, against all biological laws and became a wonder to all those who heard his story. Isaac sowed seeds in a seemingly barren land (Genesis 26) and got a bumper harvest in the same year. When others sowed right beside him, they got nothing; he was a wonder. Gideon defeated the entire army of three nations with just three hundred soldiers (Judges 7); he too was a wonder! In the opening Scripture, we see that when David looked at his life, he too could come to only one conclusion in his heart; God had made him a wonder. As a teenage boy he defeated a giant who had terrorized the whole army of Israel. From being a shepherd, he went on to become the king of Israel. All these great men lived extraordinary lives, because the presence of God in a man's life makes all the difference between an ordinary, average life and a supernatural life. As a child of God, He has also made you a wonder! In every area of your life, the Spirit of God wants to enable you do things in such a way that will leave men, demons and angels staring at you in amazement! Everyday when you wake up, say to yourself, "I am a wonder! My life will surprise many, in the Name of Jesus!" You have the very life of God in you, and you have the Holy Ghost living in you, so don't settle for a quiet, ordinary everyday life. Get ready to do supernatural things, because God has made you a wonder!

Confession

God has made me a wonder! I will surprise many! The story of my life will continually be the story of God's grace, mercy and favour! I will not live an ordinary life. I will do extraordinary, mind-blowing things for the kingdom of God, because He has made me a wonder. Hallelujah!
